This is a fully remote position—you can be based anywhere in Europe—focusing specifically on driving digital transformation within the Healthcare sector.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Architect Growth: Develop and execute a sophisticated sales plan for moderate-to-high impact accounts across the European healthcare landscape.
- Drive Innovation: Partner with Sales Solution Engineers to deliver high-impact software demonstrations that solve real-world clinical and administrative bottlenecks.
- Build Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare providers, understanding their technical needs and market trends to integrate our solutions into their long-term vision.
- Master the Cycle: Lead the entire sales journey—from proactive prospecting and CRM management to navigating complex RFP processes and closing high-value contracts.
- Collaborate Globally: Engage with internal specialists and leadership to ensure every deal is supported by the best technical and strategic minds in the business.
What You Bring to the Table
- Healthcare Domain Expertise: You have a proven track record in sales or account management specifically within the Healthcare technology sector.
- Strategic Mindset: You don't just "check in" with clients; you identify opportunities for expansion and integration that others miss.
- Communication Mastery: You possess the professional tact to negotiate with C-suite stakeholders and the rapport-building skills to engage with technical teams.
- Autonomy & Drive: You are self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable managing a pipeline independently while traveling up to 50% across Europe to meet partners face-to-face.
- Tech Savvy: You are proficient in CRM tools, opportunity management platforms, and the Microsoft Office suite.
The Requirements
- Associate’s Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated success in technology sales or account management.
- Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a significant plus).
