…is a market-leading pioneer in the field of packaging solutions (e.g.: steel and plastic drums) with a strong mission focused on sustainability. Their environmental focus lies in the reconditioning, recycling, and management of industrial packaging solutions in a B2B context, serving customers in industries such as chemicals, food, and related sectors.

To further actively facilitate growth, they are looking for a sales-driven “hunter” with a strong drive in the role of Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • You identify and acquire new customers.
  • You take over an existing customer portfolio (also across the German border) and actively develop it further through cross- and upselling.
  • You sell not just a product, but sustainable, end-to-end solutions for industrial packaging logistics.
  • You represent the company at the four most important trade fairs of the year and leverage LinkedIn as well as your network for lead generation.


Your Profile

  • At least 3+ years of solid experience in sales (field sales) with a focus on B2B industrial clients.
  • You enjoy prospecting and networking, can drive deals to closure, and have a proven track record in acquiring new customers.
  • You hold a university degree or a commercial/technical qualification.
  • You are fluent in English & have a good level in German. Additional languages (Dutch/French) are a plus.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are solution-oriented, and possess the maturity to work independently from a home office.
