About Our Client
Our client is a global leader in premium mobility solutions, specializing in home, platform, and stairlifts. Backed by a financially robust corporate group, they combine long-term stability with cutting-edge design. To support the rapid expansion of their Polish branch, we are looking for a technically-minded After Sales Specialist ready to bridge the gap between high-level coordination and hands-on expertise.
Your Mission
In this versatile role, you will be the technical backbone of our partner network in Poland. You will ensure service excellence by training partners, managing technical queries, and—whenever necessary—getting your hands on the product to solve complex issues.

- Technical Support: Act as the "go-to" expert for technical troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site.
- Strategic Impact: Help shape after-sales strategies and optimize service quality within your territory.
- Parts & Warranty Management: Handle spare parts orders, generate forecasts, and manage warranty claims according to company guidelines.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide feedback on technical issues and competitor activities to help drive product improvement.
- Events: Represent the company at technical seminars and trade shows.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Technical Foundation: A background in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Experience: At least 3 years as an Electrician, Electrical Installer, or Maintenance Technician for large-scale electrical products/systems.
- Learning Agility: A strong desire to specialize in the mobility sector through our dedicated training program.
- Digital Mindset: Comfortable with software configuration, IoT solutions, and modern diagnostic tools.
- Communication: Fluent Polish and a solid command of English (essential for international training and reporting).
- Mobility: Full driving license and readiness to travel across Poland to support partners on-site.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- World-Class Training: A comprehensive induction phase directly at our production plant in Italy, covering everything from mechanics to advanced electronics.
- Premium Tools: A highly competitive salary, company car (also for private use), and high-end IT equipment.
- Autonomy: Manage your own schedule, partner visits, and technical sessions independently.
- Dynamic Culture: Join a fast-paced team with flat hierarchies and a strong focus on innovation and sustainability.
