About Our Client
Our client is a global manufacturer of premium mobility solutions, including home, platform, and stairlifts. Backed by a financially robust corporate group, the company is synonymous with long-term stability, cutting-edge design, and technical innovation. On their behalf, we are looking for a highly motivated After Sales Specialist to take their partner network in Poland to the next level and drive the growth of their Polish branch.

Your Mission

In this dynamic and versatile role, you will be the driving force behind our client's technical and after-sales success. Your main focus will be coordinating the partner network and continuously optimizing the service quality.
AND don't worry—if you like getting your hands dirty, there’s plenty of hands-on work involved too! :)

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Impact: Help shape the technical strategies and design effective organizational structures for after-sales support in your territory.
  • Partner Empowerment & Training: Regularly visit and train our partners, ensure top-tier installation quality, and help them optimize their regional setup.
  • Parts & Warranty Management: Handle spare parts quotes and orders, generate sales forecasts, and smoothly process warranty claims in line with company guidelines.
  • Insights & Reporting: Deliver regular reports on technical issues, warranties, and competitor activities, providing data-driven sales forecasts.
  • Promotions & Events: Plan, organize, and execute impactful sales-boosting activities like technical seminars and trade show appearances.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Export, Technical Sales, and Accounting to ensure seamless order management.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: A technical educational background coupled with at least 3 years of professional experience in elevator/lifting technology or a related industry (e.g., automation, HVAC/refrigeration).
  • Digital Mindset: A strong affinity for electronics, software configuration, and IoT solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent Polish and a solid command of English.
  • Mobility: A readiness to travel across Poland to provide direct, on-site support to our partners when needed.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Stability & Security: A permanent contract within a globally operating, crisis-resilient corporation offering excellent long-term career prospects.
  • Ultimate Flexibility: Manage your own schedule, partner visits, and technical training sessions independently.
  • Top-Tier Perks: A highly competitive salary package, a company car (fully available for private use), and modern IT equipment.
  • Comprehensive Onboarding: An intensive induction phase directly at the production plant to ensure you know the products inside and out.
  • Great Culture: Join a dynamic, fast-paced team with flat hierarchies and a strong commitment to sustainability and premium quality.
