a vital part of demanding and fast-moving supply chains. With a strong focus on
sustainability and innovation, they provide effective solutions for the customers in the
logistics industry.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process and driving
business growth in the Benelux region. Certain areas of Scandinava or UK could be added.
You will be a key player in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships,
and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales,
exceptional sales process management skills, and experience in the logistics business.

Responsibilities:
● Identify and target potential customers in the Benelux region, as well as to a certain
extent in the UK/Scandinavia, based on market research and business development
strategies.
● Collaborate closely with the regional sales team to define and execute sales
strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
● Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales
targets and objectives.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities,
providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
● Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer
service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and effective customer
● Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, offering insights
on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
● Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to
enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.
● Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay informed about the latest
developments in circular load carriers and pallet pooling solutions.

Requirements:
● Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the logistics or pallets
industry.
● Strong proficiency in complex sales process management, with a proven track record
of successfully closing large-scale deals.
● Fluency in English and Dutch is essential (priority).
● Ideally located in the Netherlands or near the German border to leverage proximity to
sister company and infrastructure.
● Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, with flexibility for remote work.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships
with customers and internal stakeholders.
● Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market
opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
● Results-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets and exceeding customer
expectations.
● Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
