Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion & Hunting: Drive direct sales and business development across the Nordic region, transitioning the market from a legacy agency model to an aggressive direct-to-customer footprint.
- Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical advisor and commercial contact for existing and prospective B2B clients, presenting tailored component and system solutions.
- Sector Focus: Target high-growth manufacturing accounts, with a strategic emphasis on the Medical, Packaging, and FMCG sectors.
- Pipeline & Activity Management: Maintain a high-frequency visitation schedule
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with European internal application engineering, inside sales, and international manufacturing hubs to execute complex technical quotations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a strong technical apprenticeship with deep practical experience in high-precision manufacturing environments.
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in B2B field sales, industrial account management, or technical consulting within the Nordic region.
- Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with industrial machinery, tooling, automated systems, or related high-precision component manufacturing.
- Working Style: High degree of personal accountability ("ownership"), self-structured methodology, and resilience.
- Mobility: Comfort with a 50% travel schedule across Scandinavia.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and/or Swedish, paired with excellent written and spoken English.
