Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion & Hunting: Drive direct sales and business development across the Nordic region, transitioning the market from a legacy agency model to an aggressive direct-to-customer footprint.
  • Technical Consulting: Act as the primary technical advisor and commercial contact for existing and prospective B2B clients, presenting tailored component and system solutions.
  • Sector Focus: Target high-growth manufacturing accounts, with a strategic emphasis on the Medical, Packaging, and FMCG sectors.
  • Pipeline & Activity Management: Maintain a high-frequency visitation schedule
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with European internal application engineering, inside sales, and international manufacturing hubs to execute complex technical quotations.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a strong technical apprenticeship with deep practical experience in high-precision manufacturing environments.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in B2B field sales, industrial account management, or technical consulting within the Nordic region.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with industrial machinery, tooling, automated systems, or related high-precision component manufacturing.
  • Working Style: High degree of personal accountability ("ownership"), self-structured methodology, and resilience.
  • Mobility: Comfort with a 50% travel schedule across Scandinavia.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Danish and/or Swedish, paired with excellent written and spoken English.
