About Our Client
Our client is a prominent and well-established international corporate group specializing in long-term strategic investments and corporate acquisitions within the technology and software sectors. The group is currently undergoing a phase of strong expansion in Slovenia and the wider region, investing in building a solid and sustainable local presence.

The Role & Key Responsibilities
To support this regional growth, we are seeking a Junior Business Developer to join the local team. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on corporate sourcing and long-term partnership building through a consultative, professional approach.

  • Market Sourcing: Map the regional market to identify potential corporate targets and strategic partners.
  • Executive Outreach: Initiate direct contact (via cold outreach and networking) with company founders, CEOs, and key stakeholders.
  • Relationship Nurturing: Build and maintain high-level, long-term relationships with senior entrepreneurs.
  • Pre-screening: Conduct basic qualitative and macro-financial evaluations of target opportunities (understanding basic P&L and business models).
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of the regional pipeline for leadership.


Must-Have Criteria

  • Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (a basic understanding of corporate financial metrics is required).
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in B2B commercial roles, corporate account management, or business consulting.
  • Linguistic Skills: Fluency in Slovenian and English. Professional proficiency in Serbian / Croatian / Bosnian is mandatory to cover regional target accounts.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, maturity to engage with senior stakeholders, precision, and strong self-organization.


Nice-to-Have Criteria

  • Knowledge of Bulgarian.
