Our client is an international company operating in the beauty and retail sector, currently undergoing a significant digital and technological transformation.
The organization is evolving its business model and IT landscape to improve performance, scalability, and system integration.
We are looking for a Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDTO) who will lead both the technological transformation and the digital evolution of the local business.
The role will be part of the Executive Committee and serve as a key link among business needs, digital development, and technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Technology & IT Leadership

  • Oversee the full IT perimeter (Retail, Direct Selling, E-commerce)
  • Manage and develop the local IT team
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of systems and platforms
  • Define and drive the IT roadmap and project portfolio
  • Manage the IT budget in coordination with central functions
  • Align local initiatives with global IT and brand strategies
  • Ensure cybersecurity, infrastructure stability, and vendor management


Technology Transformation Program

  • Lead the replacement of legacy platforms (2025–2027)
  • Define target architecture and support vendor selection processes
  • Oversee design, implementation, and delivery phases
  • Monitor timelines, costs, and risks
  • Ensure business continuity throughout the transition


Digital Strategy & Business Evolution

  • Define the functional roadmap for digital platforms (Direct Selling & E-commerce)
  • Coordinate priorities across departments and ensure alignment
  • Manage backlog governance and agile processes
  • Promote digital adoption across the organization
  • Optimize processes across IT, Marketing, CRM, and commercial teams


Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, CDO, or similar)
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in complex environments, preferably in retail, e-commerce, beauty, or direct selling
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of digital ecosystems and platforms
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
  • Fluent in English; Italian strongly preferred; French is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Executive Committee member
  • Direct management of 6–8 IT & Digital team members
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Retail, CRM, and international teams
