For our client, an innovation-driven company applying AI and digital technologies to reshape operations in heavy industries, we’re looking for a
CHIEF PRODUCT OWNER(f/m/d)
to lead the company’s product vision and oversee the full digital product portfolio. This person will define strategy, manage a team of Product Owners, and ensure all products align with operational priorities and long-term transformation goals. This role acts as the key bridge between executives, users, and technical teams—ensuring that every product delivers business value and is built to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and shape the digital product strategy, aligning it with enterprise transformation goals
- Prioritize the roadmap to maximize business impact across initiatives like Operations Nerve Center and Connected Worker
- Lead and mentor Product Owners, ensuring clarity, coordination, and accountability across digital initiatives
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (internal and client-side) to validate needs and keep product direction aligned with evolving goals
- Oversee MVP development and ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms and data systems
- Guide cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, UI/UX) to deliver impactful, high-quality solutions
- Track success through measurable KPIs and identify opportunities to scale successful pilots
- Promote a culture of innovation, continuously exploring emerging technologies and product ideas
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in product management or digital transformation, preferably with a focus on AI or industrial sectors
- Proven experience managing product portfolios and leading cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, enterprise architecture, and value-driven product development
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working directly with executives
- Familiarity with agile delivery, MVP testing, and iterative product deployment
- Fluent English
Location: Indonesia. It’s a home office based position, but it is required to travel to the headquarters in Sumbawa.
