We are recruiting on behalf of a global industrial powerhouse, a world-renowned leader in sustainable innovation pioneering the future of Energy Storage Systems (advanced batteries), Hybrid solutions, and smart industrial fleet management.

To drive this digital transformation, they are opening a brand-new, highly strategic position for a Connectivity Engineer. If you want to bridge the gap between cutting-edge IoT deployment, embedded networks, and next-gen industrial cybersecurity, this is your next career step.

The Mission & Objectives
In this role, you won't just maintain networks; you will build the communication highway for a massive active fleet. You will own the connectivity strategy across the entire IoT stack:

  • 2-Way Communication: Develop solutions to remotely monitor and communicate bidirectionally with high-tech machinery (battery storage, hybrid groups, diesel generators).
  • Cybersecurity Pioneer: Lead the adaptation of the product lines to comply with the upcoming European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) regulations.
  • OTA Deployments: Collaborate with software developers to design and manage secure, massive Over-The-Air firmware and software updates.
  • Stakeholder Link: Act as the technical nexus between Product Marketing, Customers, Engineering, and Tech Support to translate business requirements into rock-solid technical execution.


What You Need to Succeed (Must Have)

  • IoT & Network Mastery: Proven experience in IoT technology, connected networks, and specifically in the deployment and active management of those networks.
  • Core Programming: Mandatory proficiency in .NET and JavaScript.
  • Languages: Fluent English is mandatory
  • Key Soft Skills: High resilience, exceptional team collaboration skills, and the capability to drive technical discussions in cross-functional meetings.


Nice to Have (The Extra Mile)

  • Familiarity with PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal, Codesys, HMIs).
  • Knowledge of Linux or Windows IoT operating systems.
  • Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP/RTU, CANbus) and data transmission (M2M portals, APNs, IMSI profiles).
  • Basic data analysis skills.
  • A background in industrial environments (though pure programmers with strong network skills are welcome!).
  • Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
