The role
We're looking for a DS with a technical background who bridges the gap between the customer and the technical team, on behalf of a fast-growing international scale-up, active across multiple European markets with a consolidated enterprise customer base.
The company offers a proprietary platform for deploying AI agents across voice, chat, and email, with a distinctive operating model: locally embedded technical teams that bring the product directly into production at the customer site, adapting to the language, culture, and regulatory context of each market. In Italy, it is building the team from scratch.
The Deployment Strategist manages the onboarding plan, guide the project from signature to go-live, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify improvement areas.
This is not a pure PM role — it requires someone who can genuinely speak tech.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Draft and manage the customer onboarding plan: from signature to production go-live;
- Act as the bridge between FDE and customer — translate business needs into technical deliverables;
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the full deployment cycle (1–5 months);
- Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders, manage risks, timelines, and blockers;
- Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive improvement iterations;
- Identify new use cases with customers to expand platform adoption.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years in technical project management, consulting, delivery, or fast-growing startups;
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep complex projects moving;
- Consulting orientation: used to working on structured enterprise projects;
- Strong customer, output, and delivery quality orientation;
- Fluent English (written and spoken) + fluent Italian.
NICE TO HAVE
- Background from Big 4, or tech consulting boutique;
- Experience in enterprise software implementations or AI platform rollouts;
- Engineering or AI background with a natural evolution toward PM/delivery roles.
