Senior DevOps Engineer (Hiring for 2 Levels)

We are partnering with a prestigious US-based multinational product company, a global leader in the Content Services and Enterprise Content Management sectors.

The Role & The Team
This is a unique opportunity to join the Enablement Team, a strategic, cross-functional group. The mission is not just "maintenance," but rather to empower engineering teams to release cloud-native applications into production seamlessly.
You will work in a distributed international environment (collaborating with colleagues in the US, UK, Switzerland, India, and Poland), working closely with Cloud Platform teams to define standards, guardrails, and technology migrations.

We are currently hiring for two distinct seniority levels:

  1. Mid/Senior DevOps Engineer: Focused on execution, infrastructure management, and automation.
  2. Senior DevOps Engineer: Focused on architectural decisions, mentorship, and driving technical strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Architecting and managing infrastructure using Terraform (Must-have) or CloudFormation.
  • Cloud Architecture: Managing complex infrastructures on public cloud, with a vertical focus on AWS, ensuring high scalability and reliability.
  • CI/CD & Automation: Building and optimizing pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps) and writing custom scripts (Python, Bash, Go) to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Container Orchestration: Advanced management of Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
  • Developer Enablement: Acting as a bridge for backend/frontend teams, helping them adopt DevOps best practices.
  • Mentorship (Higher Seniority Level): Providing technical guidance and code reviews for junior members of the team.


Core Requirements

  • Experience: Solid experience in DevOps/SRE roles (approx. 4 to 7+ years depending on the level).
  • Cloud Fluency: Deep understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC).
  • Orchestration: Strong proficiency with Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD certifications are a plus).
  • IaC: Mandatory experience with Terraform.
  • Scripting: Proficiency in at least one language (Python, Bash, or Go).
  • Background: Previous experience as a Developer or Tester (3-5 years) is considered a strong differentiator.
