DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION MANAGER(f/m/d)

who will lead the vision and execution of a digital transformation program in mining. The person will ensure alignment with strategic priorities, coordinate change management efforts, and oversee digital product integration, capability building, and executive engagement. This is a high-impact role that connects strategy with real-world implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the digital transformation roadmap, aligned with initiatives like the Operations Nerve Center and Connected Worker
• Lead change management strategies to drive adoption of AI and digital tools across the organization
• Oversee digital upskilling programs and ensure team engagement throughout the transformation
• Design and lead executive workshops and industry learning visits for leadership teams
• Partner on data governance and AI strategy to ensure ethical and effective implementation
• Manage the PMO, ensuring strong governance, reporting, and alignment with business goals
• Identify high-value initiatives, track progress, and ensure digital solutions deliver real business impact
• Guide ongoing refinement of the transformation strategy with agile governance principles

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading large-scale digital or AI-driven transformation programs
• Strong background in change management, strategic planning, and digital capability building
• Solid understanding of data governance, AI ethics, and enterprise tech platforms
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with agile methods and enterprise orchestration tools
• Fluent English

Location: Indonesia. It’s a home office based position, but it is required to travel to the headquarters in Sumbawa.
