E-COMMERCE MANAGER (M/F/D)

Our client is a family-owned company that markets decorative products and home accessories. With a strong presence in over 100 countries, it now has an international reach.

To strengthen the online purchasing experience of B2B customers and expand B2C activities through marketplaces, we are looking for an E-COMMERCE MANAGER (m/f/d) to help optimize digital commercial operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Digital Strategy and Development

  • Develop the B2B digital strategy in line with business objectives
  • Optimize the online customer experience and ordering process
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and new digital sales channels


2. E-commerce Management (B2B)

  • Manage and optimize the B2B platform (product data, pricing, promotions, content)
  • Coordinate improvements in collaboration with IT, marketing, and sales teams
  • Analyze customer behavior and conversion to improve performance


3. Digital Prospecting & Customer Acquisition

  • Develop digital strategies to attract new B2B customers
  • Implement lead generation campaigns in collaboration with marketing
  • Work with the sales team to qualify and follow up on online prospects


4. Data and Performance

  • Develop dashboards and KPI reports on traffic, conversion, and customer value
  • Translate data into actionable plans
  • Report results and digital trends to management


5. B2C Marketplaces

  • Manage existing sales activities on B2C marketplaces (such as Amazon, Bol.com)
  • Ensure accurate product presentation, pricing, and performance tracking
  • Monitor brand consistency and the quality of the customer experience


You are the right fit if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role
  • You are fluent in English and French (ideally in Dutch)
  • You have a strong knowledge of SEO/SEA, email marketing automation, and UX optimization
  • You have solid IT project management skills (technical knowledge would be a plus)
  • You are highly analytical, business-oriented, and results-driven
