What You'll Do
As an EMC TEST ENGINEER, your main responsibilities will include:
- Executing tests and drafting relevant reports in accordance with industry standards, company procedures, and current regulations.
- Actively participating in the review of test procedures and deepening your knowledge of regulations, with the goal of periodically adjusting and expanding activities into new sectors (e.g., EMC tests for electric and aerospace mobility).
- Interacting directly with customers to plan and execute testing activities.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Degree in Electronic Engineering, preferably with a focus on Telecommunications (Radio Frequency) or strong technical background.
- Experience (junior or senior role) in electronic design or, preferably, at an electromagnetic compatibility lab, with active involvement in EMC testing topics.
- knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial and laboratory electrical and electronic measurements.
- Proficiency with key EMC laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, spectrum analyzer, EMI receiver, antennas, etc.).
- Ability to interpret regulations and set up compliant test configurations.
- Experience in drafting operational procedures and technical documentation.
- Competence with major Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and specific software for EMC lab testing.
- Really nice to have: experience in Project Management (schedule management, risk analysis, use of MS Project)
