For our client, an innovation-driven company applying AI and digital technologies to reshape operations in heavy industries, we’re looking for a
ENGAGEMENT MANAGER - DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION(f/m/d)
to be the key on-the-ground link between the company and client operations. This person will embed at mining sites, lead digital transformation efforts, and ensure alignment between tech solutions and frontline needs. From coordinating MVP rollouts to leading stakeholder engagement and change management, this role will be at the heart of real-world digital impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company at the client site, ensuring alignment across operational teams and digital initiatives
- Lead MVP implementation and ensure integration into daily workflows
- Gather feedback from frontline teams to fine-tune products for maximum usability and value
- Track success using KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with executives, site managers, and operators to drive adoption
- Run workshops and training sessions to support change and digital capability building
- Coordinate with the company, data, and product teams to translate business needs into technical action
- Work with external vendors and partners to ensure cohesive execution
- Prioritize and scale high-value digital initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years in digital transformation, consulting, or industrial operations
- Experience in mining, heavy industry, or manufacturing environments
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills in on-site settings
- Deep understanding of AI, digital tools, and operational workflows
- Excellent communication skills with both execs and frontline staff
- Agile mindset and experience driving adoption of new tech
- Fluent English
Location: Indonesia. It’s a home office based position, but it is required to travel frequently to the headquarters in Sumbawa.
