The role
Our customer offers a proprietary platform for deploying AI agents across voice, chat, and email, with a distinctive operating model: locally embedded technical teams that bring the product directly into production at the customer site, adapting to the language, culture, and regulatory context of each market.
In Italy, it is building the team from scratch.
The Enterprise Sales Account executive manages "seven-figure deals", with CxOs and enterprise decision-makers as counterparts.
You need a sales obsession, a hunter mindset, and deep knowledge of the Italian AI market.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build the local sales playbook from scratch;
  • Close complex enterprise deals;
  • Build C-level relationships: CxOs, IT leaders, Customer Service executives;
  • Generate pipeline autonomously: new logo acquisition and upsell on existing accounts;
  • Collaborate with SIs and Hyperscalers for joint deals;
  • Translate technical value into compelling business value for C-level.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years with a proven track record on enterprise deals ("seven-figure deals");
  • Proven AI experience in the Italian enterprise market: you know the stakeholders and the dynamics;
  • Sales obsession: hunter mindset, not an account manager;
  • Founder or strategic consulting background — non-conventional profiles welcome;
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) + fluent Italian;
  • Ability to operate in full autonomy and manage pipeline rigorously (Salesforce).


NICE TO HAVE

  • Track record with SIs and Hyperscalers on joint deals in the Italian market
