Our client is a prestigious international leader in the dermo-cosmetic industry, recognized globally for its commitment to social responsibility and sustainability.
As a purpose-driven organization, they integrate environmental and social impact into their core business strategy.
They are currently seeking an ESG Technician to join their Sustainability team and manage the operational execution of their most impactful global initiatives.
The primary mission of this role is to coordinate the operations of international health missions, lead educational campaigns across global subsidiaries, and manage strategic collaborations with NGOs and environmental partners. It is a position with a significant focus on project management and logistical coordination within an international environment.
What will your challenges be?
- Management and analysis of assigned ESG initiatives.
- Support the improvement of internal ESG processes. Propose improvements.
- Support the international implementation of ESG initiatives in the designated countries.
- Support data governance and other relevant requirements as well as the process of ESG certifications and recertificaitons.
- Support the involvement with teams of various areas to follow up on the agreed actions to take.

- Education: University Degree
- Languages: Fluency in English (essential for coordinating with international teams and professionals) and Spanish.
- Experience: Previous participation in volunteering or international cooperation projects will be highly valued. We are looking for an individual with a clear social vocation and strong operational capabilities.
- Skills: A proactive, personable, and outgoing profile with the drive to energize and advance projects. The candidate must possess excellent organizational, planning, and administrative management skills.
