For a leading international company in the field of Luxury Design, with the Italian office located in vibrant Milan, we are seeking an experienced OPERATIONS DIRECTOR (EUROPE) to lead and coordinate all European operations.

Your role will be highly strategic and people-driven. You will act as the central leadership figure for Europe, overseeing both commercial and operational functions while ensuring organizational alignment, stability, and growth across all European offices, reporting directly to the President and CEO of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as the main leadership reference point for all European teams, becoming the primary escalation contact for operational and organizational matters
  • Oversee Sales, Marketing, Customer Service (technical and non-technical), and Administration teams across Europe
  • Provide senior leadership to multicultural, cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a high-performance culture
  • Hold full responsibility for European P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Support commercial development and customer relationships within luxury and premium markets
  • Ensure alignment between European offices and contribute to the consolidation of locations
  • Drive operational excellence and process efficiency across departments
  • Contribute to business planning, organizational structure, and long-term growth initiatives
  • Build trust within teams, offering stability, guidance, and clear direction in daily operations


Main requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles
  • Previous experience within Luxury or Premium environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership
  • Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in international, multi-site environments
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of the senior leadership team


Location: you will be ideally based at the Milan office.
