Our client is a globally respected, traditional market leader for premium ingredients, bringing over 100 years of expertise and passion to make the world of desserts, ice cream, and gastronomy a little sweeter and more delicious every day.
We are currently looking to strengthen the sales team for the regions around Nuremberg or Mannheim (Germany), or Verona or Reggio Emilia (Italy).
Your responsibilities:
- Initial training in the role and product portfolio, even if you have no prior sales experience
- Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the existing client base in the areas of ice cream ingredients, confectionery, and beverages
- Close collaboration with regional distributors and partners
- Implementation of sales promotion activities and presentation of new products directly on site
- Consistent use of the CRM system for market and potential analysis
Your profile:
- Motivation: Willingness to learn and grow into the role of Field Sales, as well as to become familiar with a delicious product portfolio (e.g. syrups, fruit toppings & sauces, fruit preparations, ice cream ingredients, dessert ingredients, beverage concentrates)
- Languages: German (good level) & Italian (fluent). English is a plus, but not mandatory
- Mobility: High willingness to travel (approx. 4 days per week on the road)
