The Role
To strengthen the Digital function and as part of a strategic refocus on acquisition channels, we are looking for a HEAD OF DIGITAL. This figure is crucial for growth, with a mandate exclusively oriented toward digital media and performance, excluding offline marketing.
The candidate, as a senior figure in the marketing field, will report directly to the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) and will be a point of reference within the area of competence. The primary mission will be to lead the entire end-to-end acquisition journey, from demand generation (top of funnel) to conversion into an active customer, measuring primary success through the Cost per Active Customer (CAC).
The Head of Digital will manage a team (with future growth prospects) and will collaborate closely and cross-functionally with the Product, Design, Engineering, Data, CRM/Lifecycle, and Product Marketing teams.
Main responsibilities/activities:
- Drive sustainable growth by improving efficiency (CAC reduction, increased conversion rates) and scale (channel expansion).
- Define and lead the digital acquisition strategy across channels and markets, optimizing the entire digital journey from the ad to account opening.
- Lead paid channels (search, paid social, programmatic, affiliations, influencers, etc.) with a clear ROI and incrementality logic.
- Be responsible for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), organic traffic management (SEO), and improving conversion rates during onboarding.
- Lead experimentation programs (A/B testing) with solid methodologies, clear governance, and structured learning cycles.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to reduce friction and optimize funnel drop-offs, particularly in regulated onboarding phases.
- Define the approach to performance measurement and collaborate with Data & Analytics to ensure robust reporting and accurate attribution.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in leading digital acquisition and conversion in performance-driven contexts (preferably fintech, wealth management, insurance, brokerage, or regulated subscription products).
- Proven experience in managing the entire digital funnel, not limited to traffic generation alone.
- Solid knowledge of: CRO and experimentation; Web analytics and funnel analysis (GA4 or equivalents); paid media strategy and optimization; SEO and organic growth mechanics.
- Commercial and analytical mindset: ability to think in terms of incrementality, payback, and unit economics.
- Operational approach: able to define strategic direction but also to go into the details.
- Experience in multi-stakeholder contexts (Product, Design, Data, Compliance, Engineering).
- Plus: Experience in regulated onboarding (KYC, identity verification), multi-product or multi-country growth, and the use of AI to improve performance and conversions.
