For a leading international company in the field of Luxury Design, with the Italian office located in vibrant Milan, we are seeking an INTERNATIONAL TERRITORY SALES MANAGER to join the international sales team, taking responsibility for the development and management of several European markets. The assigned territories will be tailored to the successful candidate's experience, industry expertise, and existing commercial network, ensuring the best fit between the individual profile and business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow sales across the assigned European territory, achieving agreed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, showrooms, architects and interior designers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, expanding the company's distribution network.
  • Increase brand visibility through showroom development, designer engagement and marketing initiatives.
  • Organize and participate in events, presentations and networking activities to strengthen brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with showrooms to promote product specifications within design projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular commercial feedback.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and sales activities through the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Contribute to the continuous refinement of the commercial strategy with a proactive and growth-oriented approach.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in an international B2B sales role, preferably within the luxury interiors, design, furniture, bathroom, architectural products or related industries.
  • Proven ability to develop new business while managing and growing existing accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience working with architects, designers or premium showroom networks is considered a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional European languages are considered a plus.
  • Availability to travel extensively across Europe (approximately 70–80% of the time).

Location: you will be ideally based at the Milan office

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary package in the range of €40,000–70,000 gross/year, depending on experience
  • Performance-based bonus
