We are looking for a PRINCIPAL for their Energy Practice!

Particularly, the professional will be in charge of:
• shape the digital transformation of globally leading organizations by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide-ranging IT projects with public sector clients;
• throughout your strategic IT strategy & transformation programs, you'll manage internal and external teams and combine your pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods to ensure smooth design of tailored technology transformation strategies and scale-up;
• work for some of the largest Energy players, spanning across a wide range of market segments in particular oil & gas and petchem, helping energy organizations throughout their digital & IT transformation journeys.
Requirements:
• degree in computer science, (business) informatics, engineering or a related discipline
• at least 8 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects
• experience in the O&G and broader energy sector (e.g., PetChem)
• experienced project team leader—including on the client side
• efficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership are second nature to you
• familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes
