*This is a full remote position, but you need to be located in Poland or Italy.

Tasks for middle profiles:
- Build, design, and maintain cloud infrastructure platform features
- Work closely with teams from across the organization to solve moderately complex software problems in the cloud
- Assist in new cloud technology research proof of concepts (POCs) and innovation efforts across the department
- Participate in the implementation of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to cloud environments with a focus on quality security and automation
- Contribute to and document best practices regarding application deployment and operational procedures
Tasks for senior profiles:
- Build, design, and maintain cloud infrastructure platform features
- Partner with teams from across the organization to solve complex software problems in the cloud
- Identify and participate in new cloud technology research proof of concepts (POCs) and innovation efforts across the department
- Design and drive the implementation of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to cloud environments with a focus on quality security and automation
- Define and document best practices regarding application deployment and operational procedures
- Participate in the adoption of new cloud technologies and operations processes across departments
- Establish engineering standards, procedures, and best practices related to operational efficiency, security, performance, reliability, deliverability, quality, and cost optimization
- Act as an escalation point and for complex production issues, code issues, and low-level customer requests for assistance (RFAs)
- Promote and lead team level initiatives
- Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; may provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team
Requirements
- Experience with public cloud providers
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-code technologies
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience leveraging observability tools such as Datadog/Dynatrace
- Experience with cloud computing infrastructure and networking
- Experience with git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, continuous integration/continuous delivery concepts
- Experience with at least one general-purpose language
- Passion for platform engineering, reducing complexity while improving developer experiences
Preferred tools or systems:
- AWS, Azure, GCP cloud providers
- Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, etc.)
- Helm, Terraform, Docker
