The Role
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven SALES DIRECTOR with managing director power to lead and expand the company’s operations in Poland. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious professional ready to step into a leadership role and shape the future of a small but growing legal entity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the local sales strategy, developing key client relationships, and driving business growth. In addition to sales leadership, this role includes the overall management of a local team across different functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Care & develop strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, & stakeholders.
- Act as the legally responsible representative for the entity in Poland.
- Maintain a strong understanding of financial responsibilities, including budgeting and P&L drivers.
- Develop & implement a comprehensive sales & business development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Drive revenue growth & market share expansion across key industry segments.
- Lead, coach, & motivate the local team (2 sales engineers + backoffice).
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
- Lead the Polish legal entity (e.g.: local legal, tax, labor, and compliance responsibilities.
- Oversee employment-related matters.
Candidate Profile
- Profound working experience in a sales role.
- Proven record of achieving significant sales growth & developing customers.
- Background in EOAT, industrial automation, or related sectors.
- Academic background in a technical field.
- Certain understanding of financial/budget related aspects & reports.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Besides Polish also fluency in English is essential.
