As part of an increasingly demanding quality approach, we are looking for a PRODUCT DATA COORDINATOR (m/f/d) to ensure that products comply with all safety, quality, and legal requirements across all markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Apply and communicate technical and regulatory product guidelines
- Define and maintain up-to-date product technical specifications
- Participate in product selection and evaluate samples (technical and regulatory aspects)
- Create, update, and secure complete product files (in both digital and physical formats)
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of product data into the system
- Define quality control protocols in line with regulatory requirements and audit the process
- Support the purchasing department in sourcing and evaluating suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with standards
You are the right fit if:
- You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role
- You come from a B2B sales background, ideally in the interior decoration sector
- You have a good level of spoken and written English
- You have a proven track record in building and developing a client portfolio
- You have strong persuasion skills
