Our client is a family-owned company that markets decorative products and home accessories. With a strong presence in over 100 countries, it now has an international reach.
As part of an increasingly demanding quality approach, we are looking for a PRODUCT DATA & QUALITY COORDINATOR (m/f/d) to ensure that products comply with all safety, quality, and legal requirements across all markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining quality control protocols based on regulatory requirements and auditing the process
- Defining and maintaining technical product specifications
- Applying and communicating the technical and legal product instructions as defined by the compliance manager
- Setting up, updating and maintaining complete product files (digital and paper)
- Ensuring accurate and timely registration of product data in the system (HS code, product segmentation, packaging, etc.)
- Supporting the purchasing department in the search for and evaluation of suppliers
- Monitoring supplier performance and continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with applicable standards
- Assessing samples from a technical and regulatory perspective
You are the right fit if:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (quality management or product data/documentation.
- You have a good level of spoken and written English (Dutch is a strong plus)
- Good understanding of QC processes and data management
