For our client, a Swiss company operating in the field of wealth management, we are looking for a RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (ITALIAN SPEAKER) in Milan or Luxembourg.
Focus: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.

Operating internationally, they specialize in delivering bespoke investment solutions to a diverse, global client base—particularly entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals.
Their investment strategy emphasizes long-term value, focusing on high-yield corporate bonds, value-driven equity investments, and alternative strategies to ensure portfolio diversification and performance.
The Role
As a Relationship Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for managing client relationships and supporting the execution of investment transactions. You will play a central role in client acquisition, advisory, and business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Development: Identify and engage potential clients while building and expanding your professional network.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing client relationships, offering tailored investment advice aligned with their financial goals.
- Investment Advisory & Market Analysis: Provide insightful market analysis and investment recommendations to support client decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements and internal processes to safeguard operational integrity.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in Front Office, Back Office, Sales, or Client Services preferably within Asset Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
- Skills: Solid understanding of financial markets and investment products; proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Bloomberg knowledge is a plus).
- Languages: Fluency in Italian (native) and English (C1) are required; knowledge of French and/or German is an advantage.
- Personal Attributes: Structured, self-motivated, results-driven, and highly communicative with strong analytical thinking.

Salary range
- ITA: 35-45k + bonus
- LUX: 60-72k + bonus
