The Opportunity
Join a premier European innovator in the industrial safety sector.
We are not looking for a "farmer" to manage a quiet portfolio; we are seeking a Area Sales Manager that will also receive a client portfolio as a starting point. This is a high-visibility, senior role responsible for capturing market share in our most industrial-dense region. You will be the face of a brand that prioritizes "Concept Selling"—where safety, engineering excellence, and long-term value take precedence over price-tag competition.

The Core Mission: Hunter & Consultant

  • Strategic Acquisition: You will spearhead new business development within the north/north-east, targeting logistics, manufacturing, and heavy industry sectors.
  • Caring & Development: You will care and further develop a existing client portfolio.
  • Technical Consultation: You don't just "sell products." You are a safety advisor. You will perform on-site surveys, take precise technical measurements, and design protection schemes (walkway segregation, fire escape planning, and asset protection).


Your Profile

  • Profound B2B field sales experience. You have a proven track record of entering "locked" accounts and winning market share from dominant competitors.
  • Industry Background: You likely come from a related technical field such as Racking & Storage, Mezzanine Flooring, Industrial Automation, or Warehouse Infrastructure.


Working Modality

  • Hybrid/Home-Based: You will work primarily from your home office and in the field.
  • Autonomy: We operate on a high-trust basis. We don't believe in micro-management; we believe in results.
