Our client is a Swedish industrial group listed on the Stock Exchange, specialized in high-end automation, sensors, and industrial PC solutions. With a turnover of €25M+ and a strong footprint in Northern Europe, they are now launching their Greenfield operation in Spain.
They are not looking for an employee. We are looking for a Partner / Technical Sales Entrepreneur ready to conquer the Spanish market.
Your Mission
You will be the face of the company in Spain, working remotely with full autonomy.
- Market Entry: You will identify and hunt new opportunities, especially within Factory Automation, Vehicle Solutions, and Defense/Aerospace sectors.
- Technical Consultancy: You won’t just move boxes. You will sit down with machine builders and engineers to design custom solutions that make their machinery faster, smarter, and greener.
- Relationship Building: From cold calling to closing deals, you will manage the full sales cycle, traveling extensively to visit clients.
- Strategic Growth: You define the strategy. They provide the tools.
The Profile We Are Looking For
- The Mindset: You are a "Hunter." You don’t wait for leads; you create them. You are socially skilled, extroverted, and comfortable opening doors.
- Experience: 5+ years in Technical B2B Sales (Automation, Sensors, Drives, or Industrial components).
- Technical Interest: You are interested in new technologic solutions and enjoy discussing applications and technical solutions with engineers.
- Languages: Native Spanish and fluent English (corporate language).
- Status: You are a Freelancer / Independent Contractor or willing to set up your own agency structure.
