Our client is an internationally operating player in the industrial automation industry, recognized globally for its high-quality & innovative solutions (EOAT). For their legal entitiy in the UK we are currently seeking a SALES DIRECTOR (with Managing Director Power).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, & stakeholders.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of financial responsibilities, including budgeting & key P&L drivers.
  • Develop & implement a comprehensive sales & business development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Drive revenue growth & market share expansion across key industry segments.
  • Lead, coach, & motivate the existing local team.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities & potential challenges.
  • Lead the entity, including local legal, tax, labor, and compliance responsibilities.
  • Oversee employment-related matters.


Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in a sales role.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth & developing customer relationships.
  • Background in industrial automation or related industries.
  • Academic background in a technical field.
  • Good understanding of financial and budget-related aspects & reports.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
