Key Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, & stakeholders.
- Maintain a solid understanding of financial responsibilities, including budgeting & key P&L drivers.
- Develop & implement a comprehensive sales & business development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Drive revenue growth & market share expansion across key industry segments.
- Lead, coach, & motivate the existing local team.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities & potential challenges.
- Lead the entity, including local legal, tax, labor, and compliance responsibilities.
- Oversee employment-related matters.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in a sales role.
- Proven track record of achieving significant sales growth & developing customer relationships.
- Background in industrial automation or related industries.
- Academic background in a technical field.
- Good understanding of financial and budget-related aspects & reports.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
