Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Define, execute, and own the commercial strategy for the entire EMEA region to accelerate market share and drive double-digit growth.
- Go-to-Market Evolution: Oversee regional sales structures, optimizing the channel mix by guiding local teams in transitioning from legacy agency setups to high-performing direct-to-customer footprints.
- Key Account & Sector Excellence: Supervise the development of strategic enterprise accounts, with a particular focus on scaling business within high-growth Medical, Packaging, and FMCG multinational manufacturing sectors.
- Pipeline & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and track the performance of a decentralized team of Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers across EMEA, fostering a culture of high activity and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align closely with European application engineering, product management, and international manufacturing hubs to streamline complex technical bidding processes and major project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a highly related technical discipline combined with strong business acumen.
- Professional Experience: Proven track record of senior sales leadership (e.g., Regional Sales Manager, Head of Sales, or Sales Director) in a B2B industrial manufacturing environment across Europe or the broader EMEA region.
- Technical Acumen: Deep familiarity with industrial machinery, tooling, automated systems, or related high-precision component manufacturing.
- Leadership & Working Style: Exceptional leadership presence, a strategic mindset, and a "lead-by-example" ownership mentality. Strong capability to manage, inspire, and structure remote international teams.
- Mobility & Location: Based in Germany with easy access to international travel hubs; willingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and excellent written and spoken English are mandatory; command of additional European languages is a distinct advantage.
