On their behalf, we are looking for a SALES MANAGER who willoperate in the power transformers market to drive company profitability and annual sales. The Sales Manager will report to the Head of Sales for the area.
This is a fully remote position - you can be based anywhere in Europe
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy, objectives, and action plans
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new markets and customer segments within the power transformer industry
- Manage and develop key accounts
- Lead proposal, tender, and bid processes with technical support
- Ensure pricing, margins, and contract negotiations align with business objectives
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Contribute to the annual Sales & Marketing Plan and manage assigned budgets
- Provide regular reporting and performance analysis to senior management
Desirable Criteria:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the transformers sector, managing an active client portfolio
- High level of autonomy and taking responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Availability and willingness to travel abroad
- Knowledge of a second language will be appreciated (Portuguese, Spanish, German, Chinese, Japanese)
