*This is a full remote position, but you must be located in Poland or Italy.

The ideal Senior Software Solutions Engineer should have:
- Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise software solutions
- Hands-on experience with software configuration
- Understanding of integration, databases, and cloud technologies
- Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience troubleshooting complex environments
- Strong testing and quality assurance knowledge
- Comfort presenting solutions to customers, partners, and larger audiences
The daily tasks include:
- Modeling business processes using BPMN;
- Designing and implementing workflow and automation solutions;
- Customer-facing consulting and requirements gathering;
- Translating business challenges into technical solutions;
- Solution configuration rather than pure software development;
- Low Code Platform / Scripting
This role is not a traditional Senior Software Engineer position.
We look for candidates with strong business process automation, solution design, and customer consulting experience.
The ideal candidate is someone who can engage customers, model and improve business processes, configure enterprise solutions, and drive successful implementations.
