About the role:
The Performance team works alongside other product teams to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and other performance issues in their products. We’re screening for a senior full-stack developer with broad hands-on experience across the tools below — and, above all, a proven track record of diagnosing and fixing real performance problems.
Requirements:
Experience with software testing methodologies, software development design patterns and architecture
Extensive development experience and a good understanding of architecture concepts
- Languages - C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python
- Experience with software testing methodologies, software development design patterns and architecture
- Experience with Git and GitHub
- MongoDB, Postgres
Skilled at troubleshooting/triaging/debugging enterprise software deployments
- Emphasis on performance testing/tuning
- Resource utilization
- Autoscaling
Strong DevOps Knowledge
- Experience working in or developing in the cloud – AWS - EC2/EKS/ECR/S3/SNS/SQS/CloudWatch
- Experience working with containers (Docker, PodMan) and orchestration
- Experience building and automating CI/CD pipelines
- Experience deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure as code (IaC)
- Terraform, YAML, Spacelift, OpenBao
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting in Kubernetes
- Helm Charts, kubectl
Observability
- Dynatrace, Splunk, Datadog
- Prometheus, Grafana
- Open Telemetry
AI Tooling
- Experience with AI to build agentic solutions for increased productivity or in-product features
