On their behalf, we are looking for a: SENIOR TEST ENGINEER
*This is a full remote position, but you need to be located in Poland.

Your tasks:
- Work closely with development teams and product management to establish and document KPIs and testing goals
- Create performance test strategies, plans, and scripts
- Establish and execute tests in a repeatable and automated fashion
- Provide clear, meaningful feedback to the teams regarding the performance of their products
Requirements:
- Experience with: performance testing, test automation, API and UI testing, load & performance testing (K6, JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
- Familiarity with: Grafana, Prometheus
- Estabilishing Performance KPIs and SLAs
- Creating and working with test datasets
- Experience writing Test Strategies and Test Plans and Test Result Summaries
- Familiarity with AWS services (nice to have!)
- Version Control (Git)
- Continuous Integration (CI) Tools (Familiarity with Git Pipelines/Workflows, GitHub Actions)
- Monitoring and Observability (Familiarity with any of the following: Dynatrace, CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk)
- Scripting experience would be preferred (for example with K6, Python, C#, Java Script)
