Location: Provincia di Vicenza - Smart Working (2 days)
For an important International Group (Food industry) we are looking for a SUPPLY CHAIN PROJECT LEAD who will collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership in the assessment of the distribution network design, contributing directly to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL FOCUS ON:
- Challenge the local distribution integration strategy to ensure operations continuity, cost synergies and performance improvements and support team in daily activities.
- Lead current-state detailed assessment of processes related to demand forecasting, inventory management, primary and secondary replenishment, back office, fleet management, budget monitoring, product supply for locally sourced items.
- Support an integration roadmap in line with strategic assumptions and ensure its execution (from a time and cost perspective).
- Support change management in coordination with relevant workstream.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- 5+ years of technical knowledge on planning, forecasting, logistic and distribution network
- Relevant experience on project management in supply chain environments and in preparing and analyzing business case and business scenarios
- Academic background in Management Engineering or related fields.
- Solid knowledge of S/4HANA
- Analytical and strategic approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Availability to travel and work across multiple locations
- Effective communication and teamworking skills
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
