Territory Manager: France & Spain (Healthcare IT)
Are you a high-performing sales professional with a hunter’s mindset and a deep understanding of the European healthcare landscape? We are seeking a strategic Territory Manager to take full ownership of our France and Spain markets.
This is a high-autonomy role where you will be the sole lead for these regions, driving the digital transformation of healthcare by securing electronic patient record (EPR) integrations within the most prestigious medical institutions in Europe.

In this role, you aren’t just selling software; you are enabling the secure, digital delivery of patient data to save lives and improve clinical outcomes. You will focus on the top 20 large-scale university hospitals—those with the most complex needs and the robust budgets required for enterprise-level innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for France and Spain. You will lead deals from initial prospecting through to final signature.
- Complex Deal Leadership: Utilize the MEDDPICC methodology to qualify opportunities and manage sophisticated sales cycles within the public and private healthcare sectors.
- Public Tender Mastery: Proactively influence stakeholders at an early stage to position our platform for success. When a tender arises, you will lead the response team, coordinating with Marketing and Pre-sales.
- Partner Synergy: Collaborate closely with our partner program. You will work alongside partners in the field to expand our footprint and ensure client success.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the bridge between internal leadership, technical specialists, and external C-suite hospital executives.
- CRM Excellence: Maintain real-time forecasting and detailed account history to ensure a predictable and scalable pipeline.
Who You Are
- The Linguistic Expert: You are fluent in French and Spanish. Ideally, you hail from or have deep cultural/business ties to the Swiss or Basque regions, giving you a unique edge in these specific markets.
- The Healthcare Specialist: You have 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT, specifically within Content Management or Electronic Patient Records (e.g., Dedalus). Experience working with major integrators like Accenture or Atos is highly valued.
- The Hunter-Closer: While SDRs provide leads, you are a natural "hunter" who leverages your existing network to find and close new business.
- The Tactical Negotiator: You have a proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and navigating the complexities of hospital administration and public procurement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years as an Account Executive or Territory Manager in the technology sector.
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Tools: Proficient in CRM (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics) and opportunity management tools.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 50% across the territory to build face-to-face rapport with key stakeholders.
- Soft Skills: Strong ability to establish trust, professional demeanor, and the ability to work with a high degree of independence.
